Thanks to Micropartner Manipulator mounted on a portable baseplate for pallet truck, Dalmec can provide solutions for the loading or unloading of various types of goods inside of containers.

The Micropartner Manipulator is equipped with suitable toolings to the load to be handled and thanks to its small size and weight, it is the ideal tool for the handling in areas with reduced spaces such as containers or truck trailers.

The Manipulator is equipped with a gripping system with special pneumatically actuated hooks and it is used for the gripping, handling and palletizing within the container of jute bags containing coffee.

The portable baseplate for pallet truck allows the displacement of the Manipulator within the container.

The Micropartner Manipulator is equipped with suitable toolings and allows the palletizing and depalletizing of goods in areas with reduced spaces.

Simple to use, they allow the operator to move loads of all sizes and materials with a weight from 5 Kg to 900 Kg throughout the working area quickly, accurately and safely.

Dalmec Manipulators are custom-built, with specially adapted design, dimensions and picking systems to suit the specific requirements of the users and the various environmental conditions available.

Lifting device Micropartner MIC mounted on a portable baseplate for pallet truck, equipped with a custom-built tooling for lifting wire reels.

The gripping system with interchangeable expanding mandrel allows to lift reels of different sizes, a special device prevents the sliding out of the reel during the inclination phase.

The multi-position controls allow the operator to position the reel at great heights.

With the portable baseplate, the manipulator can be moved in more workplaces.

The front wheels are hydraulically lowerable.

PEC type Partner manipulator, column mounted version, fitted with suction head (Venturi) for gripping and handling pails of different shapes and weights. Interchangeable grippers are available for handling different sizes of pails.
