MANIPULATOR WITH ARTICULATED ARMS MEGAPARTNER MG
Pneumatic Manipulator MEGAPARTNER MG with articulated arms, equipped with special gripping tools, is suitable to handle heavy (max 1500 kg) and also off-set loads, in any direction, allowing the operator to work with the minimum effort in good ergonomic and safety conditions.
Anchor flange
The pneumatic manipulator fixed overhead version allows to eliminate any floor obstructions.
The flange of the Manipulator is supplied with holes for the anchoring with screws to a strong plate to the ceiling or to a shelf.
All movements are free and are obtained with minimum effort by the direct action of the operator on the gripping tooling or on the load.

The manipulators supplied for Amazon’s Project Kuiper are Megapartner column version having a max radius of 3800mm and max weight capacity of 1000 kg.
MEGAPARTNER MG, is a Manipulator with extremely high load capacity, is able to handle loads up to 1500 kg and reach working radii up to 5000 mm with loads of 650 kg, maintaining a good handiness and fluidity, assuring the operator to work with moderate efforts in good ergonomic conditions and with the utmost safety.
Zero balancer for metal molds
Manipulator Megapartner equipped with a specific pinch jaws gripping tool, connected to the terminal arm of the Manipulator, is able to to move aluminium molds having variable dimensions and weight equal to 300 kg.
The Manipulator is installed on a special offset column to satisfy the specific needs of the Customer.

As it is known, it is not allowed to lift weights over 25 kg for men and over 20 kg for women. Furthermore, Dalmec Manipulators avoid any risks and damages to the spinal column, eliminating the load on the operator.

The gripping device allows the picking of door and window frames having different forms and dimensions, positioned horizontally and after a pneumatic rotation of 180° their positioning in vertical in special containers.

In this specific case, the Megapartner is equipped with an adjustable pin gripping device suitable for handling different types of metal cabinets which, during the various processing operations, will reach a weight of 1250 kg.
