Standard Specification

*1: Amount of leakage from the OUT port side when pressure is applied to the IN port.
*2: Vibration-resistance: No malfunction when tested with 1 sweep of 10 to 150 Hz in the axial direction and at a right angle to the armature in both energized and non-energized states.
*2: Impact-resistance: No malfunction when tested with a drop tester in the axial direction and at a right angle to the main armature, one time each in an energized and non-energized state.
