· A transparent bowl guard with improved environmental resistance that provides all-round protection.
· The manufacturer has removed the window from the bowl guard and instead covered the entire internal bowl with a polycarbonate transparent bowl guard.
· Now, even if the environment changes and the bowl is exposed to corrosive chemicals or oil, the foreign matter will not stick directly to the pressurized bowl. This can help reduce the risk of the bowl breaking.
· Superior visibility: 360°
· The use of the transparent bowl guard allows you to check the status of the drain inside the filter bowl and to check the amount of residual oil in the lubricator from any angle.
· Weight reduction: reduced by up to 90 g

*1: The drain guide is NPT1/8 (applicable to the AC20B-A) and NPT1/4 (applicable to the AC25B-A to AC40B-A). The auto drain port comes with a ø3/8 (diameter 3/8″) single-action fitting (applicable to the AC25B-A to AC40B-A).
*2: The drain guide is G1/8 (applicable to the AC20B-A); and G1/4 (applicable to the AC25B-A to AC40B-A).
*3: Options G and M are not assembled and are supplied loose at the time of shipment.
*4: When pressure is not applied, condensate which does not start the auto drain mechanism will remain in the drain bowl. Therefore manual release before ending operations is recommended.
*5: If the compressor used is small (0.75 kW, discharge flow rate is less than 100 L/min [ANR]), air leakage from the drain cock may occur when operations start. An N.C. type is therefore recommended.
*6: When the pressure gauge is attached, a 1.0‑MPa gauge will be fitted for the standard (0.7‑MPa setting) type; and a 0.4‑MPa gauge for the 0.2‑MPa type (1.0‑MPa pressure gauge only for the AC10B-A).
*7: The bracket position varies depending on the T-spacer and pressure switch mounting.
*8: Make sure that the outlet pressure is released to atmospheric pressure using a pressure gauge. For the V1 specification, use the regulator with a set pressure of 0.15 MPa or more to ensure the pressure release.
*9: Pressure can be set higher than the specification pressure in some cases, but use with the pressure within the specified range.
*10: For chemical resistance of the bowl, refer to the table “Effects of atmosphere of organic solvents and chemicals and where these elements are likely to adhere to the equipment. Chemical data for substances causing degradation (Reference).” in “Specific Product Precautions” in the manufacturer’s catalog.
