Metering Chemicals in Coolant Treatment
The secret of a highly durable coolant system
We treat coolants with small quantities of chemicals, reducing the environmental footprint while protecting the system against corrosion, deposits and biological growth.
Monitoring and Replenishing of Electroplating Baths
Demanding baths require concentration
Baths have to be monitored and replenished continually. This requires high concentration – from the sensors, controllers and pumps. Yet only small amounts of precisely fed chemicals are needed.
Waste Water Treatment in the Paper and Pulp Industry
Clean waste water is returned to nature
Very low-impact treatment for waste water. Our intelligent processes efficiently clean and save money too.
Cooling Water Treatment in Energy Generation
No biofilm, no bacteria, no dangerous by-products
ProMinent metering pumps allow you to keep your cool at all times as you no longer need to concern yourself with the cooling process. Alternative biocides reliably prevent deposits.
Waste Water Treatment in Energy Generation
Treating waste water quickly and thoroughly
The benefits of our waste water treatment for energy generators can be easily summed up: our waste water treatment is thorough, environmentally-sound, economical and fully automatic. Because ProMinent thinks things through.
Cleaning fruit and vegetables
Simple and reliable cleaning process for agricultural products
Fresh fruit and veg are an essential part of our diet. So it’s very important for them to reach the consumer in a safe condition. Precise metering of chlorine dioxide ensures that this is the case.
Fish processing, fish and shrimp farming
Successful farming and hygienic processing
More and more people are enjoying delicacies from our seas. Fish farms and also the fish processing industry therefore face the huge challenge of producing goods quickly and hygienically. Disinfected water is essential to both industries.
CIP – Cleaning In Place
CIP gets to work exactly where it’s needed
Small volumes of disinfectant are produced and used on site for sterile machines and process water. Highly concentrated, dangerous chemicals and tedious disassembly are a thing of the past.
Production of whey and cheese
Perfect water for the entire production process
To guarantee an end product fit for purpose, ProMinent ensures optimum water quality at every stage of production, thereby reliably complying with statutory hygiene standards.
Monitoring and optimising surface treatment in electroplating
The right way to immerse items!
In order to attain a desired surface quality before taking further steps, such as painting, raw products are treated with various chemicals.
Sustainable use of water in industrial processes
Sustainable cycles
There are certainly chemicals that are more popular than hydrogen peroxide. But despite this, it has to be used in certain industrial processes, such as the disinfection of water.
